I'm a licensed trauma counselor dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where healing can begin. With over eight years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. My approach combines evidence-based therapies like EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy with a deep understanding that each person's journey is unique. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and am honored to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their strength and find their path forward.

When I'm not in session, I'm often attending professional development workshops, reading the latest research in trauma therapy, or spending time in nature — which I find essential for my own well-being. I'm passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and regularly contribute to community education programs. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, pottery, and volunteering with local support groups, always guided by my belief that healing happens in connection with others.
