Therapy
A space to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with yourself
Trauma-informed, compassionate therapy for adults — online and in-person in Peterborough.
Therapy is a space for you — a place to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling disconnected, we work together at your pace to find understanding, regulation, and balance.
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults, both online and in-person in Peterborough. Sessions are 60 minutes and typically take place weekly, though we can adjust this depending on your needs.
How I Work
My Approach
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in compassion. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — every person's story and nervous system are unique, and so the way we work together will be too.
I draw from a range of approaches including somatic work, parts work, and inner child exploration. This means we might look at what's happening in your body, explore the different parts of you that show up in certain moments, or gently revisit past experiences that still impact how you feel today.
"Above all, my focus is on emotional safety. You don't need to have everything figured out — our work is about curiosity, not perfection."
Somatic Work
Tuning into what's happening in your body to understand your emotions on a deeper level.
Parts Work
Exploring the different parts of you that show up in certain moments and understanding their protective roles.
Inner Child Exploration
Gently revisiting past experiences that still impact how you feel today with compassion and care.
My Framework
The Core Journey
At the heart of my approach is The Core Journey — a framework I developed to help clients process emotions and reconnect with themselves.
Feel
Learning to notice and name what's happening in your body and emotions.
Understand
Exploring why those feelings are there and what they're rooted in.
Nurture
Tending to your needs and finding ways to care for yourself with compassion.
This process helps you move from reactivity to understanding — and from survival to connection.
